Hello MISS LOPEZ is here with You all again! I´ve missed you already! And Miss Miranda is coming to Scandinavia too now…I should take her to my events and minglings in Stockholm, don´t you think so?

I must say I LOVE being a business woman. I really do: Miss Lopez´s cup of tea! So Yes today after having my Herbalife shake at home and a webbseminar today and a meeting  with a Scandinavian fashion designer, (so cool!) now I am getting ready at home for my next business meeting of tomorrow: a business lunch! Nothing like a nice lunch to talk business, don´t you think so?. Well I´d rather tell you more later on… So tomorrow I´ll be having my business lunch at Sjöpaviljongen with Swedish tastes in mind. So tasty!!!

I normally talked about tapas and Spanish cuisine but I must confess to you I LOVE Scandinavian salmon! Nothing like to try the food from the original place: Scandinavian salmon in Scandinavia I think I am going to order lax I mean salmon tomorrow at Sjöpaviljongen, Alvik, Bromma at 12:30. I am looking forward to it!!

And then in the afternoon meeting for women´s entrepreneurship at Götgatan, Stockholm, Sweden and more… Talk to you later!

Hello! MISS LOPEZ here! Today football on TV. Do you remmember the lovely octopus from the World Cup? I do That octopus knew always who the winner were going to be: Spain! I´ve heard the Germans wanted to eat it after losing against Spain… so sorry!

Well I´ll tell you a secret, Miss Lopez loves pulpo to eat, well I mean octopus a la gallega. So simple but so tasty! I am afraid this is very difficult to get in Sweden but in Spain, specially in OLEIROS, A Coruña, Galicia where I am going to spend my summer vacation in July this summer, is a typical dish. I love it! Check the video!

I guess most of you are watching the football match now, the Champions with FC Barcelona. I am sure Miss Barcelona is getting very excited! As we say in Spain, let the best one win and of course I wish Barcelona win. Keep our fingers crossed!

By the way, did you know octopus has very little fat? Yes and it´s very healthy too! I love seefood and in Galicia you´ll find probably the best seafood in the world! Viva Galician seafood! and Viva Spanish football too!

Hello amigos! MISS LOPEZ is back!  Miss Miranda is coming to Sweden soon, are you ready?

Well, today I feel sooo tired but as I really love writing to you I feel it´s my duty to tell you what I have been doing my last two days. I have had problems with my USB cable so it has been a bit complicated with blogging, thay´s why!! I´ll make a resume then!

First of all I must thank my sponsors Prime Wine Group for the excellent Spanish wine I got for my event. The name of the wine is Cruz de Alba from Ribera del Duero, Spain and it´s really, really good! I recommend it for sure! Then as well I must thank my health coach from Herbalife as it really helps me to be alert all day as well as Go for Life snacks. Thank you all for make me Feelgood or al least make it easier for me!

Yesterday I have been invited to a very special award, the enviromental medicin award for allergi and cancer investigation at Karolinska Hospital in Sweden. Check it out at Svenska Folk Fonden! It has been a honor to be at the Royal Place, in Stockholm where the award was held as you can see in the pictures. Nice!!

And today me and Miss Barcelona had a business meeting with the Swedish journalist Kristian Borglund that writes at METRO about Time management for entrepreneurs. Good idea, don´t you think so? I think it´s a very good thing for me as I am very creative person and sometimes my mind is out in the clouds, or “las nubes” as we say in Spanish. Viva la creatividad whatever! Don´t you think so?

The Latin touch of the day comes in form of chocolate in my last picture, see? We went to Panini at Kungsholmen and as the waiter that came from a Spanish speaking country in South America realizes I speak Spanish, she invited us to some small balls of chocolate. Delicious! Gracias! This is what I call connection!!! Viva the Latin touch! So nice! Viva la generosidad!

Hello amigos! MISS LOPEZ is back to you after yesterday and today´s meetings. First of all I must agree with Marisa: We need to laugh more, pure therapy! and a sign of emotional intelligence, didn´t you you? I love it as much as it goes so let´s have fun together!! … Well. Thank God too I have everyday a really nice breakfast with a Herbalife shake to cope all day with my intense life. I must say it really works for me. By the way, come to the event on the 8th of June  you too and learn more about it!

Sorry I could not blog yesterday but after a startup lesson late at night at The Hub, I went to sleep over to Miss Barcelona where she lives with her Swedish boyfriend at Östermalm. Much better than going home at night alone, don´t you think so? Thanks Miss Barcelona!

So today a bit tired but with lots of energy to work again for my company as every day. We, Miss Barcelona, Miss Lopez´s marketing manager and I went to have a business meeting at Josefina (in the pictures 1 and 2) for future plans. I´ll tell you another day but meanwhile let´s keep waiting a bit more… Here in the picture you see me with Maria Andersson at Josefine, a beautiful bar&restaurant in Stockholm. You almost feel like beeing in Ibiza, very cool!! It must be the only place in Stockholm where you can find palms outside. Nice!

Then you can see me at another mingel at Söder Teater in Stockholm in a SSES´s spring event. Viva la primavera! Viva the spring!

See, a promise is a promise. I´ve told you I were going to put on me in Sweden my uncle´s vest, a real matador vest  from Spain that I took with me in my last visit in Madrid with Tour Spain. I hope you like it! It´s a real one! Did you know this kind of matador vest is called torera? Yes! And talking about Spain, in July I´ll be in Galicia for a few weeks so I´ll be blogging from Galicia too!! Viva blogging and Feelgood!

Hello amigos! MISS LOPEZ is back to You after a very intense working day with meetings all day in Stockholm. But first of all I´d like to thank Miss Lopez´s guest bloggers: Miss Marisa blogging from Rome to you and Miss Barcelona giving you very useful tips for you going to Barcelona this summer. And Miss Miranda too. We´re a community: Feelgood Community! Great!!

Miss Lopez=Feelgood Womanhood with a Latin touch! I love it! But haven´t I told you that Feelgood Womanhood´s concept is quite soon expanding and you may find a Feelgood Womanhood not only with a Latin touch but from all over the world?. Why not Feelgood Womanhood with a Scandinavian touch, wouldn´t it be great too? Viva Feelgood Womanhood to everybody!!!!!

Yes, well I´ll tell you something! and as we say in Spain, three things are in Life: Love, money and the most important of all, I think: Health! Don´t you think so?. The thing is we all women and men need all these three but without balance in your health, you wouldn´t make the other too. Life is MUCH nicer when you can enjoy it at its best and with lots of Love. Don´t you agree? Yes, health, money and Love=very important to Feelgood!!!

We´d better take care of ourselves and that´s my messege to You. Sometimes these days I feel I work so much, but at the end I manage to give priority to my health status and I think it´s very important to “lisen” to my body´s signals. So today I went after breakfast to meet my health coach, Miss Lopez´s health coach, Björn Gävert to make a body scanning about my health status and I must say I am very happy as the result was really good, even my body age is less than the “real” one. Cool!!!

Yes it´s very important to do this kind of health controls sometimes. This is done with a very modern Japanese scale as you can see in the picture. Cool! I am going to sleep well today for sure!
