Hello!! MISS LOPEZ back to you this Friday night from a cold Sweden. I do look forward to the Spring to come. New season, new life! and good news about my private life and business too!

Now I bring you my business news of the day, specially for you! The thing is I have just been called from the other side of the world like India,China… as many companies there are very interested in making an App for MISSLOPEZ.com as they think it can be big. I have been told my name, Miss Lopez is a very good one. And You, what do you think, is Miss Lopez a good name?

I can see how important is tying up my international conections abroad. We live in a small world!!!

So today we had a meeting at Stureplan in the morning with my friend Andreas Giallourakis in the pictures (by the way, he´s been in Miss Lopez´s blog a few times already at many events together like http://www.misslopez.se/2011/03/23/miss-lopez-connection-from-china-to-stockholm-lopez-everywhere/) and he explained to us, Miss Barcelona and me what his organization does. He works at TiE Nordic, an unique organization that provides Nordic Entrepreneurs a platform to both share ideas and connect their interests with like-minded entrepreneurs in other regions of Europe, Asia, North America, & Australia. Great! I think so! More news about it coming soon…

Hello amigos!

Thank God my server is back so I can write to you again. I love writing to you!!! So here now comes Miss Lopez news from yesterday´s mingling at the Hub in Stockholm. It seems like the time for minglings is back in Sweden. As I have told you, Swedish people love networking, mingligs and sociala media as well,  at the most. Actually I think with USA, Sweden are number one in this matter. Could it be because the weather and so the people here are “less” responsive and social than in other parts of the planet so social media is good instaid?. I think definely it can be one of the reasons, but this is what I think. What do you think?. Let me know! As long as you don´t loose the close contact to people and it´s not a substitute…if it helps to get closer then it´s good, so Feelgood!.  Actually I have done a research at Stockholm University about Feelgood Blogging and I´d love you to read it one day. I´ll let you know.

This mingling at the Hub was about online marketing examined from a practical perspective from different angles. There were companies talking about online marketing, SEO, social media, and online campaigns. Like one of the speakers Annika Lidne from Disruptive Media AB that I have found very interesting to lisen explaining how social media is about learning and giving a content and not  selling, of course!!.
Other speakers were Oskar Alm  from Jajja Communications AB  and Christer Persson  from Effektiv Webbnärvaro AB

I think I am becoming an expert myself in social media after so much blogging and I love it!

Hello amigos! Here are the pictures from the Lopez Awards info meeting. A very casual meeting with friends and I must say we’ve had fun over expectations. I mean it was great though it was kind of easy but good. You never know what makes a party a good one, that’s the tricky thing, the unexpected. And it’s that we Latins know how to have fun for real. Nothing like the real thing!

In the picture you see Miss Lopez to the right, Andreas Giallourakis, Victoria Gomez from Uruguay and Vanita Bergman to the left. Vanita got an armband/bracelet from TOUS Stockholm as well as a Latin makeover at ZARA to venture the entrepreneur in her. Good, isn’t it?
