Hello! Miss Lopez again. It seems like Hollywood renews her love story with the Spanish film director Almodovar from El Deseo production in Madrid. He is been invited to Afi Fest, an important preview event before the Oscars, Cool!

Well this is the new film of Almodovar, “La Piel que habito”. Some part of the shooting have been in my Dear Galicia actually in Santiago de Compostela where I´ve studied law at University once. A beautiful historical city not only for the pilgrilms.

I am really looking forward to seeing this new flm of Almodovar. This is a thriller: an obsesses man in a woman, (Antonio Banderas) very “psyco” I guess (very Almodovar) and a bit of grotesque humor according to some critics but you know it´s Almodovar! Worth looking for!

Viva Spain in Hollywood and Feelgood Womanhood

Qué alegria amigos!! MISS LOPEZ writing to You all from URBAN DELI, a restaurang at Södermalm, Nytorget, Stockholm! It really feels like a piece of Spain here, in Sweden! Viva Spain in Sweden and Spanish cuisine!

Right now I am lisening to Spanish music while I am eating with the nice company of Luisa Tapia, in order words, Miss Barcelona at Miss Lopez´s blog, delicious Spanish Tapas. I just love it! So tasty! I feel good already!

The good thing about URBAN DELI is that they are coming with a whole “concept” about SPAIN. Here you can experience not only the great quality of Spanish food, but the culture, art, football, films, music…you can even buy food to take away or just buy at their mini market. In fact the best of all is the service-minded staff at URBAN DELI. I promise you won´t get disappointed!

It´s so great for me coming here today and I´m sure I´ll be back soon. I´ll tell you a secret! The boss told me there will be something very special and of course Spanish for all the guest coming this Saturday around 2:00 pm. I´ll be there at URBAN DELI this Saturday and I hope to see you there too I Love it! As Tour Spain´s slogan says I need Spain!! And it´s true to make me feel good!

FEELGOOD  WOMANHOOD with a Spanish touch!!

Hello again! I’ll be back soon with my news from Stockholm from yesterday but before that, I want to tell how happy I am about the Spanish film, actually both Spanish and Mexican, Biutiful, with Javier Bardem which won the prize to best actor for this film at Cannes festival, and now nominated to the best foreign film at Golden Globes. I am afraid Javier has not been nominated as best actor this time although I do think he deserves it. Check the film and tell me! I must say I am a fan of  Javier, haven’t you noticed? Among others Michael Douglas, Johnny Depp and Angelina Jolie have been nominated too. Amazing I think Javier himself has not been nominated this time, as he has done an incredible jobb. Javier may not be the most beautiful man in the world I think, but all in all with his genuine nice personality and charisma, he is the coolest idol-man for me. And I know for many others too! Viva Javier!

Well, well let’s see what happens at the Oscars! Viva men with nice personality and charisma that make us women Feel gooood! Don’t you agree?
