Hello! Miss Stena here!! A simple Filipino girl who now lives in Sweden… I was in the Herbalife office today.. learned a lot of things! It is so encourging seeing and learning new things! :-)

Christmas is of great importance in the Philippines! Houses around are filled with christmas lights, decorations and many more christmas stuffs. The pictures you see above shows just how much Filipinos love to celebrate Christmas.. This picture is taken in Manila, the capital of thePhilippines. The people in this area helds contest on the most beautifully decorated house.

Within Sweden, you can also feel DECEMBER because of the coldness and all the decorations around the city. Even though there is still no snow in Stockholm, still many are feeling the yuletide season. :-)

Hopefully, December will be good to us.. Bring us happiness and blessings! Empower more women all over the world, and also continues appreciation!  VIVA FEELGOOD WOMANHOOD!!

Hello Miss Stena again! Assistant of Miss Lopez! I am from the Philippines but currently living in the wonderful place of Sweden. I am glad to be back after a very refreshing weekend! I visited, Norway and some other parts of Sweden, pictures to come soOn, of the very wintery part of SWEDEN!

I was with one our sponsors today, HERBALIFE! I had a body scanning, the results were not so great, but with these products, I’ll be feeling good and living well in a snap! :-) I am happy to be healthy after trying on these products! They are very nutrious and good!

For my shake, I got, thankfully, one of my favorite flavor, COOKIES AND CREAM.. and for the protein bar, VANILLA MANDEL.. Mmmm tastes so good! :-)

I am very proud to recommend it to all of you… Viva Feelgood Womanhood! :-)

Hello Miss Stena again! Assistant of Miss Lopez!  Today I got to spend more learning time with Miss Lopez and am very grateful for her mentorship. She inspires me to aim higher, she constantly reminds me to think and act as a business woman, an entrepreneur.

Jessie Conners is an inspiration as well! She has a rags to riches millionaire story. She started from nothing and now has a million dollar online business at age 28! :-)  The funny part was when she was little her parents joined a cult and sold all their possessions and went to Mexico. Working with nothing, she started doing marketing jobs with her father and was then casted as one of the contestant in ‘’The Apprentice’’, although she did not win, it opened doors for her. She now has a fashion and luxury brand online retailer website that is worth a million dollars!

What she advises young entrepreneurs: “There is constantly some fire that you have to put out . . . Don’t let it discourage you.”

Someday, I want to be as successful as these women, Miss Lopez and Jesses Conners! :-)

Viva Feelgood Womanhood! :-)

MISS STENA HERE!

http://www.dosmestizos.com/

Hi, Miss Stena from Philippines living in Sweden. I am so happy I am getting used to the job now with Miss Lopez. I´d love to show you about my country…!

Philippines has a very rich Spanish culture. Even the name of the country was given by a Spanish explorer in honor of the Spain’s King. In the modern days, Spanish culture still lives among the Filipinos, from the Filipino names such as Lopez, Jose, Consuelo, Miguel, Reyes, Fatima, Corazon, etc to the language, also from Religion to Arts.

The most visible influence left by the Spanish culture is FOOD! Just to name a few of my favourites, Afritada, Brazo de Mercedez, Calabaza, Chorizo, Pastillas, Torilla, Arroz a la Valenciana, Tapas, etc. :-)

Below is one example of the many Spanish restaurants in the Philipines, DOS MESTIZOS.

THANK YOU SPAIN! Viva Feel Good Womanhood!

The Beauty of 22

This is Miss Stena! Today I celebrated my birthday and it is amazing! Philippines has a long list of customs and traditions and one of these is celebrating birthdays. I am lucky enough to have a couple of birthday celebrations.

My family in the Philippines celebrated my birthday. They cooked spaghetti and chicken. The pictures that you see are my birthday cakes. Although I was not there to taste their mouth-watering food, I am so happy that they enjoyed it. On the other side of the world, in Sweden, my mother celebrated my birthday by cooking spaghetti with meatballs, the famous Swedish LUSSEKATTER (Swedish St. Lucy Buns) and flans. I, on the other hand, am busy cooking fried chicken, spaghetti and honey glazed chicken. I also bought cakes for myself. I also got a very beautiful bucket of roses!

Celebrate with me! Miss Stena!

All in all, the tradition lives on… with it, is another year added to my existence. I feel good, empowered and proud. Cheers! Viva Feel Good Womanhood!
