Hola amigos y amigas!. Here I am again. Yesterday Madrid overflowed to wellcome the heroes of the World Cup. Have a look!. Thousands of people from different parts of Spain filled the streets of the capital in red and gold to welcome the heroes of the selection, the champions of the World Cup. The historic celebration exceeded all expectations and despite strong police presence, the city gave more of itself and asked the City Council through the television people not to approach the scene of the party . “The players are climbing up into a double-decker bus, paraded the World Cup and  hundreds of fans crowded the streets. Nothing could stop the bigest party at the Plaza del Rey in Madrid.

I am afraid I have missed it but the feeling is here too, in Stockholm.

Today I am a bit less tired but it was worth it. Feelgood you too!

Hi there!. Today I am tired after the big exciment yesterday! And it is that from the beach, the mountains , or  homes, everywherein Spain, even like me a spaniard in Sweden, millions of Spanish followed the screening of the semifinals of the World Cup in South Africa. It was the first time that ‘The Red’ (Spain footbal team) went so far in a world!. Paraguay as a worthy rival that resulted in a score of 1-0 in favor of Spain.

David Villa again became the hero of the day after two failed penalties of Xavi Alonso. Faces painted with the colors of the Spanish flag, two-tone wigs, banners and many horns ringing through the streets of Spain were the best way to celebrate the ‘great step’ for the Spanish team.On Thursday July 7 will we know if we can only celebrate San Fermin ( San Fermin in Pamplona is the 7th of July) or also that Spain play the final of finals in South Africa. But first soon it will have to beat Germany, which is emerging as another of the favorites to win the title.

Others like Iker Casillas seems to have found his partner, journalist Sara Carbonero, the greatest incentive to become more effective guardian of the goal. Contrary to what many thought that he were going to loose focus. In an interview with Telecinco reporter he did yesterday after the match, nerves and fleeting glances of a few days ago became gestures of complicity and looks much more tender and spontaneous.
