Hi Amigos & amigas! Miss Lopez here.I am so happy as according to the news Angelina asked Almodovar in Hollywood for a roll in one of his films as she loves them as I do and many of you. He got surprised in the first place but he answered Yes! This is cool!

Can you imagina Angelina Jolie n a crazy Almodovar film? even maybe speaking Spanish? This is cool! Don´t you thin?

One of my favourite colours even in winter: white! This is the new trend coming…Do not be afraid to white in winter and get a dress for your nights out this Christmas.  you choose! The catwalk already warned us: white is the new black for the night.  Yves Saint Laurent, Chloe, Stella McCartney and Dior goes with the color of snow. The celebs are addicted to white too, super chic and elegant. I love it!

Hello my dears!! Miss Miranda here back home after a crazy weekend!

I’ve been visiting my friend Aida as I told you, and on Friday I went to Venezia with my friend Sebastian, who’s studying in Paris and came to Italy to visit me.

Venezia, Venice, Venecia, Venedig… I can say it in one million different languages, but there are no words to describe this beautiful city.

It was the second time that I visited it and everything was different for me. The weather the first time wasn’t too good, quite rainy and fogy, so last Friday the sun changed everything.

Venice is such a romantic city, full of nice shops and amazing buildings. This time we arrived by train, so we took a Vaporetto, that is the regular urban transport by boat. We had a great breakfast (but too expensive, as everything there…) at a nice and Italian “caffè”. Then, as tourists, like in the last movie of Angelina Jolie and Johnny Depp(I’m seriously in love with that guy!!!) we walked around the city, bridges and cannals

For the occasion I chose a simple outfit, black and leopard, maybe my favourit combination! Leather jacket from Massimo Dutti, Leopard shirt from H&M, leggings from Mango and loafers from Zara.

Good morning Miss Lopez readers! What an amazing day I have had so far!  Up until now I have managed to pull off two translation jobs, two essays and one offer, and it is not even ten o’clock yet! As an acquaintance of mine said once: Whoever invented the 24 hour day was obviously not a Business woman;-)

Today I thought I would continue on the same note as last time, and bring you more interesting facts about the Spanish language. So without further ado, here are:

What you did not know about Spanish – second version:

• There are roughly 400 million Native Spanish speakers around the world, whereof over 200 million are distributed throughout both sides of America.
• The English name James can be translated to Diego, Jaime, Jacobo and Santiago in Spanish. Maybe that is why James Bond is so popular!
• If you order Tinto in Columbia you will not get a glass of red wine but a cup of coffee (make therefore sure to get your order straight if you go there;-)
• According to a well-reputed magazine in Hollywood, Spanish has lately become the hottest frenzy amongst celebrities and their children. Stars like Angelina Jolie, Gwen Stefani, Will Smith and many more, are all letting their kids have private lessons in Spanish, and it is rumored that even Barack Obama himself has taken a liking to the idiom that was once called Vulgar Latin by the Romans.

As you see, there are plenty of exciting things about the Spanish language. More on that though, and more on how you can learn Spanish faster than you can say Hola, next time on Miss Lopez!
