Hola a todos amigos que nos leen, los saludo desde la calurosa Florida, espero que todos esten muy bien viviendo su vida a cada momento con intensidad y gratitud,

Hoy estuve  en un parque cerca d ela playa y no puedo dejar de estar agradecida por todo lo que veo, incluso por poder ver, me llena de satisfaccion el poder vivir en un planeta tan hermoso, me siento un ser sumamente afortunado, inclusos de vivir , de ver, de respirar, de sentir, de ser humano y de estar aqui y ahora.

Sumergirse en el mundo natural puede proporcionar alivio del estrés y relajación profunda.

Prácticas como el baño en la playa pueden ser una forma de autocuidado esencial.

Que mejor manera que disfrutar de la vida explorando la bellesa de la naturaleza a nuestroa lrrededor.

Hello to all the friends that we liked, the greetings from Florida Florida, I hope that all are very well living their lives at every moment with intensity and gratitude,

Today I am in a park near the beach and I can not help but be grateful for everything I see, even for being able to see, it fills me with satisfaction to be able to live in such a beautiful planet, I feel a very lucky being, even living , to see, to breathe, to feel, to be human and to be here and now.

Immersing yourself in the natural world can provide stress relief and deep relaxation.

Practices such as bathing at the beach can be a form of essential self-care.

What better way to enjoy life exploring the beauty of nature to our surroundings.

LA TALLER DE LA ALEGRÍA

Feliz día amigos de misslopez.se y de la ONG FEELGOODWOMANHOOD, soy la reportera para la Florida de este movimiento de empoderamiento y superación para todas las personas alrededor del mundo.

 

Como ya les he dicho antes soy Venezolana, de raíces españolas, residenciada en la Florida, soy coach, facilitadora y conferencista en Psicología positiva, coach transformacional y holístico.

 

Les cuento que pronto en la ONG Feelgood WomanHood, estaremos desarrollando talleres vivenciales tanto presenciales como online, donde nuestro objetivo principal es hacer vivir y experimentar y llevar a sus vidas técnicas que les permitan alcanzar sus metas, vivir una vida con menos stress, contactando mas con sus sueños, con sus creencias positivas, y con su yo interno.

 

Basado en risoterapia, meditación, mindfulness, yoga, sanación, desbloqueo de creencias limitantes, técnicas de coaching transformacional, y psiconeorolinguistica, traeremos a todos ustedes el Taller de la Alegría, el cual es un taller que he desarrollado desde el 2013, en diversas partes del mundo, y en el cual han participado más de 300 personas.

 

Es una experiencia mágica y única y muy valiosa de vivir, estoy orgullosa de ser facilitadora Certificada Internacionalmente para desarrollar este taller, que ha traído tanta satisfacción a mi vida profesional.

THE JOY’S FACTORY

Happy day friends of misslopez.se and  FEELGOODWOMANHOOD, I am the reporter for Florida of this movement of empowerment and improvement for all people around the world.

 

As I have said before, I am Venezuelan, of Spanish roots, living in Florida, I am a coach, facilitator and lecturer in Positive Psychology, a transformational and holistic coach.

 

I tell you that soon in the Belgorod WomanHood, we will be developing face-to-face and online experiential workshops, where our main objective is to make you live and experience and bring to your lives techniques that allow you to reach your goals, live a life with less stress, contacting more with your dreams, with your positive beliefs, and with your inner self.

 

Based on laugh therapy, meditation, mindfulness, yoga, healing, unblocking of limiting beliefs, transformational coaching techniques, and psychoneuro-linguistics, we will bring to all of you the Happiness Workshop, which is a workshop that I have developed since 2013, in different parts of the world, and in which more than 300 people have participated.

 

It is a magical and unique and very valuable experience to live, I am proud to be an Internationally Certified facilitator to develop this workshop, which has brought so much satisfaction to my professional life.

LIVE LIFE IN THE MOMENT

One of the central purpose of mindfulness is to establish a connection with the present – without judgment or criticism, By practicing this on a regular basis, you can use it to reduce your stress levels, feel healthier and enjoy life more.

Mindfulness is a full awareness of precisely what is happening in the present, in other words, it’s a moment-by-moment observation of what we’re doing and feeling. and unlike some forms of meditation that ask you to push away all thought, a mindfulness practice involves letting your thoughts come and go without rushing to figure out what they mean,

Obviously, no one can live worry-free. But what you can do is dial down a prolonged fight-or-flight impulse by flexing your parasympathetic nervous system, aka your relaxation response, via mindfulness.

The chill-out effect comes with major brain bonuses. People who practice everyday mindfulness can actually change the structure of their brains beefing up the areas that control emotions and stress responses. Hence the links between mindfulness and reductions in blood pressure, heart rate, inflammation, and chronic fatigue, and also can lead to less social anxiety and more sexual satisfaction.

You can be mindful anytime any place, and in any situation. Once you get the hang of it, you’ll be more mindful without much effort.

Patience opens all doors…

Patience is the opposite of aggression. The aggressive is impulsive, escapes all reflection and may contradict our will, since many times we can recognize that what we did or said, we would not have done, or not in that way. Patience, on the other hand, allows us the opposite: to stop, reflect and discern what we really want to offer. I am sure that the fear that drives aggression does not survive that space of air that we open between an angry thought and another. Open a gap. It puts us in perspective. He orders us.
