But how do you recharge your batteries without affecting your work? How do you reload and comeback stronger, faster, and fiercer than ever?

Yesterday, I met up with a friend of mine, Li Hansson, who had the perfect answer for this.  You see, when Li was little she was adopted from Colombia and came to Sweden. Having grown up here, as an adult she decided to seek out her biological roots and traveled to Colombia on her own, undergoing an amazing journey of self-discovery and personal growth along the way. When she came back, she decided to start up a business called ReuniteUs and become a Social Entrepreneur devoted to helping other adopted children from around the world find their origins. Nowadays, she not only offers administrative services to those who have questions about their background, but also arranges trips to Colombia and other places for those who are ready to take the next step. At present, Li is currently embarking upon another inspiring journey to her birthplace, with the intention of sharing information about South America, adoption and her experiences with others through her blog.

When asked about the theme of relaxation, Li has the following advice to give:

“The secret to recharging in my mind is to change milieu completely, to submerge yourself into the art of being in the present, and ultimately to really love what you do for a living.”

Miss Lopez once told me that an inner and outer journey can provide you with new perspectives, new ideas and bring you strength, vigor and determination. I believe that she was right.
